DELIVERY

WARANTY
We have a guarantee of 12 months on the case, 90 days on the components and accesories, from the date on which the products were purchased, with the condition to respect all the recommandations on the mantenance and use.
The product purchased is not a long use product, and needs to be utilized and taken care of like stated in the mantenance recommendation. The guarantee is accorded to products which show deficiency from production or of material. The defects which appear after the phisical use, in a normal utilization, or in an inadequate utilization, are excluded from the guarantii. Medium endurance of use of the product is in conformity with the Directive of the European Parliament 1999/33/CE issued in may 1999.
The conformity guarantee accorded does not affect the rights conferred through the consumer’s rights, and is in concordance with the provision OG nr. 21/1992 on Consumers Protection, with the ulterior modification and the Act nr. 449/2003 after the Romanian Law system. Find out more, here.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If you are not happy with the products purchased, you can return them and we will return the countervalue of your products. Romanian legislation states: “The consumer has the right to notify the commerciant in written form, that he/she relinquishes from the purcase, without penalisation, and from receiving the product.” (Gouvern Enactment nr. 130/2000). Our clients can return the purchased products, in the original package without usage signs or contamination, in 14 days from the date shipped, without penalities, and without invocation of any reason, this return announced in advance, ONLY IN WRITTEN FORM, on the email address from the contact page with the mention of the order number, full name, and your address, like the code of the product, which you wish to return.
